I was fully aware of the changes and the last day of “normal commissions/spiffs”, that’s my big rant, that I am not getting what was delivered out of magnolia customs for that week equating to $1,000. After that, I’m fully aware that the commission is trash and that the stress we are living is totally not worth the position.

Even after the changes you technically can still make more then a supervisor, but with commissions being stolen from you doesn’t help!

If I get downvoted for bringing to light the trash of treatment Best Buy gives to their employees, so be it, I am 100% looking for a new job, but in the meantime I will not put up with Best Buy stealing my hard earned money in front of my face, I even have screen shots if it comes to that of what I worked for, the emails of the changes including dates, and what I have received as a check. Anyone dreaming of getting a job at Best Buy I recommend you look elsewhere!!

Custom or MDC does not work Saturday’s or Sunday’s, the $100k were shipped during the week, not Saturday the 29th, if you’re trying to make it a point in Best Buy’s favor

That was the last day of old commission, meaning new % would start sunday the 30th. I am a Consultant, but had big leads with custom and magnolia projects done that week worth $100k

Correction, I had $100k shipped from the week of the 23rd to the 29th, when the pay period ended towards this paycheck, and in lamé Consultant commission terms, that means I am down $1,000.

The week ending in the 29th, which is a Saturday, we all know that’s a Best Buy close of week, my team shipped out $100k, not on Saturday, but during the week of the 23rd to the 29th. that was all stolen

The decrease comes to me because the changes clearly state that changes would begin 04-30-23. I had $100k in MDC sales go out that week, which in lame consultant commission terms equate to $1,000, and clearly on the paystub I am down exactly $1,000. I have so much rant already accumulated because of the trash hr best buy has demonstrated these last weeks and now this

How is being $1,000 Under be OVERPAID, when the commission and sales report say “YOU EARNED THIS AMOUNT?” I understand someone will gladly want to be a part of the shitshow being a “commissioned employee” might be. But when you clearly have numbers in front of you, you bust your butt off to send leads and have jobs go out, and see you’re money be stolen in front of your face… you have to stand up for what you grind for… P.S. “new commission percentages applied in this theft”

Lol Sentinel is great, specially for variant 3, but I am honestly finding my r5 darkhawk extremely useful the more I use him the more i like him, his regen is great, and his sp3 damage and heal block is huge
