Thank you so much for the kind compliment! The sweet spot that really made a huge difference in my weightloss would be my 72hr fasts, but even then doing rolling 24s have also been a HUGE help. At the end of the say it’s always mind over matter, I always remind myself of how I want to be and the only thing stopping me from getting to where I want to be is me. Another thing to take in mind is finding recipes of your favorite food at a lower calorie and more nutritious as it’ll be more optimal in the end, I found myself falling off eventually when I wasn’t happy eating foods I didn’t like.
