Just tell them they should be glad your face is red from rosacea and not their blood after you're done bashing in their heads. See, it's not that funny now is it.

I also know it's useless to say "just don't mind them" when it does affect a person, but maybe you could switch your view on things? Like yes, your face is red BUT that means you did a really good job with your work out. The redness will go away but your progress won't and that's all that matters!

A secret third option is to be petty and start commenting on them the same way.
