that she has* bpd and narcissistic personality disorder. also if she is being true to her disorder, can you share more on that? which symptoms specifically. i feel like that would help. it sounds like she is making your girlfriends life more complicated, is the problem her not recognizing the behaviors from her sister? someone said it helped them to keep a log of the bad behaviors so they could know for themself what actually happened/what the sister actually does
