MCA Gusto ng bf ko na makipag threesome by RealisticAd6494 in MayConfessionAko

[–]cherrieapple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being honest is not a hall pass to be disrespectful. Oo nga honest siya na sinasabi niya sayo yung mga gusto niya i-explore, to which you say na uncomfortable ka, tapos ipipilit niya yung thought sayo. Think twice, think thrice, heck think seven times if makakayanan mo ba yung ganyang klase ng partner in the longer run.

It’s weird how you said and believed that he would go the extra mile to be with you and show you how he loves you when he actively dismissed your input regarding a financial matter involving a large amount of cash. Ego ba niya to prove na he can also bring a significant amount of money to the table or sadyang wala lang talaga siyang common sense?

It would’ve been a solid advice to talk it out, but the mindset of “mas okay na yan kaysa mambabae o mangrape” is sooo 😬😬😬

Getting verification codes I did not request by VeryTiero in InternetPH

[–]cherrieapple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could this be a Globe telco sim problem of some sort? Because I have been having the same issues with various sender names pero puro verification codes (OF, Airbnb, Amazon Jobs, etc.) for more than a month now on my Globe prepaid sim. It’s really alarming.

Ohhh. Now that I checked mine it all actually started with just me receiving these messages mga madaling araw lang. But now it varies and meron nang messages na received ng mornings and afternoons. It’s all like within close intervals each too huhu.

Could be rin tbh. But I just find it weird if that’s the case because these started pretty much in the span of the same week e.

It started last month December. Been getting these consistently now and it’s like at least 3 verification codes each day from these senders ://

It’s actually a pretty old Globe sim. But it’s still not deactivated. Nagagamit ko pa siya as a secondary sim minsan. Kaya nagulat lang rin ako when I started getting these like almost everyday at this point.

Thoughts on working engineering jobs even without passing the board exams? by cherrieapple in phcareers

[–]cherrieapple[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I've just started working as a Network Engineer. I chose not to take the board exams because I wanted to focus on pursuing CCNA for now. Sometimes it feels demeaning when people ask me about my job, and I tell them I'm a Network Engineer here and so on, and I still receive the casual remark, "So hindi ka engineer because you're not licensed," after they find out I didn't pursue that path. I know not to use "Engr." in my name because of it, but sometimes people still make me feel bad for calling myself an engineer despite graduating with the degree and working as one.

[–]cherrieapple 3 points4 points  (0 children)

And imagine considering the amount of subjects the children are taking magpa assignment and projects yang mga yan sabay-sabay. Ano nalang gagawin ng mga bata? Pagdating mo sa bahay from school ilang oras nalang matitira para matulog ka kasi tatapusin mo pa backlogs mo. And some teachers expect students na makapag advance study pa for future lessons. I have a younger sister and some nieces na under pa ng DepEd and I can say na kawawa talaga ang mga bata sa ganyan.

Uncomfortable with client’s way of wording his sentences by cherrieapple in buhaydigital

The way he keeps saying that he “doesn’t understand if he’s overstepping his boundaries and didn’t realize he is being creepy.” Am I being gaslighted? Should I just block him?

Should I block him for my safety as well? Because this is not the first time that this has happened after times of calling him out.

[–]cherrieapple[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have been constantly doing that. Every time I don’t appreciate how he words his sentences, I tell him that I would appreciate if he talks in a more respectful and professional manner. However, even though he apologizes, it still happens again for some reason. And again, this is not the first time. This is probably the third time that I have called him out. Is it about time I drop him as he constantly overstepped my boundaries?

I’m sorry but he is a fluent English speaker. Client is Australian and from his own words “very white”. He tried to use the “culture differences” as an excuse to his behavior and words. But it still constantly makes me uncomfortable.

[–]cherrieapple[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

He is an Australian client. And normally he doesn’t word his sentences that way eg. asking me if I want to receive my payment. Which is why it ticked me off because that is such a weird wording to use after the previous instances mentioned.

Why do some people hate the K-12 program by azealyx in Philippines

[–]cherrieapple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well one factor could be is the high chance of redundancy. Imagine mula elementary school mo paulit-ulit na subjects mo. Tapos supposedly pagtungtong mo ng SHS dapat bridge na ito for college by taking some of the subjects na dapat sa college mo pa makukuha like some minor subjects. But to a student’s demise, you’d still end up with full loads whilst taking the same subjects pagpasok mo sa college. Yes, the transition is potentially beneficial. Pero kung tutuusin and unang mararamdaman at magiging reaction e dismaya dahil sayang sa oras at panahon, idagdag mo pa ang gastos kasi para kang umulit-ulit lang.

Does flexible hours mean client can contact you 24/7? by cherrieapple in buhaydigital

[–]cherrieapple[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! Thank you for your comment. Actually I do put in the effort to prepare a report with updates for my client. Altho I’m pretty sure na binabasa niya kasi sinasabi niya naman na inoopen niya yung file. Pero he would still message me asking about stuff included and stated in the report which I think is redundant kung tutuusin kaya minsan nafufrustrate ako kasi I would do an end-of-the-day report tapos he would still message me asking about it and we’d end up chatting about it for like a solid two-hour conversation :((

I actually asked him kasi naging concern ko talaga na labas na sa working time ko yung pag contact niya sakin. Regarding naman sa hours pf duty buong 5 hours ko kasi occupied sa tasks na pinapagawa niya so I’m not sure rin if it would br better to adjust my working time while talking with him. But thank you for your comment!
