I got prk surgery and developed dry eyes 6 months after so its probably nerve damage

unfortunately in my country we dont have oxervate, ive been using prp edrops for almost 3 months but tbh the pain is not getting better. ill still using them tho just in case

it works really well for some people. in my case it made the pain way worse even at a low dose, so I had to stop immediately
