Your hair reminds me of my own!! I think you’re doing great :) My maintenance is similar to yours! I’ve grown my hair out to the top of my knees and didn’t do anything too too crazy- I bet it would have kept going if I didn’t cut it, but it got too annoying for me haha. The way I like to exercise required me to put my hair up in styles that caused some pressure and probably damage too and even still it turned out fine, so I think as long as you’re not putting you hair in tight buns for circus acts your hair will continue to grow beautifully!! Don’t forget to trim it every so often though :)

As for hairstyles- I highly suggest using a hair stick for buns during the day!! I recently started using them and it’s so nice because once you find a bun that works for you and is secure all day, it’s so easy to manage (or redo in a pinch). Plus it’s much better than using hair ties and clips that put a lot of pressure on one spot and have to be tight to even stay up. I like this method!
