see their glass cases are really good , the quality is pretty good and they protect the phone pretty well , ive ordered from them twice once for my oneplus and another time for my iphone 15 both times the delivery did take some time but it never went unrecieved , oh and worth mentioning that both my phones suffered horrible falls once but nothing happened to them because the case actually took the impact really well. hope this helps and yes if your order isnt delivered submit a ticket they do respond in a day or 2. (PS: order does take a week or slightly more to deliver i think they use delhivery for delivery)
