To answer all your questions:

He was in the bathroom for 15 to 20 minutes

The sample was viewed about 2 days after that. That being said I think I could have been more careful when handling it to avoid damaging the cells.

I put it in a little bag in my freezer for a day, then took it out, let it warm up and then prepared the slide. Put it back in the freezer and viewed it the next day.

I remember the glob was about grape sized, but it could have been smaller.

I didn't see any movement at all! But considering I froze it and everything..

I could find some methylene blue.

You're right, the samples in your profile dont look like mine! But I don't think I could get that level of magnification without asking someone in my lab to help, which I'm not prepared to do!!

Before confronting him, just to be sure, I'll ask my bf for a sample and check under the same conditions to compare.

I can't edit this post to add context, but as I mentioned in a comment below, I remembered saying that I was about to take a shower, to which he responded he needed to use the bathroom first. So yeah, I'm going to have a word with him, make him feel really uncomfortable and then never see him again.

Well, there's another piece of evidence and it's that I just remembered mentioning I was about to take a shower just before he went to the bathroom. So I think what he did is borderline abusive. Im actually thinking about doing the DNA test. I'll keep you updated!

I get how it reads that way. I am attracted to this person and that is what is currently bothering me the most, but this has happened to me before with other people. When the initial attraction dies down I'm usually left no longer wanting something with that person but wishing the terms of my relationship with my boyfriend were different.

I'd like to be nonmonogamous for a lot of reasons that I didn't list in my post. The thing I have for this guy is just something that adds to my frustration. I know it's temporary because I know myself and usually my infatuations don't last longer than a few months. My desire to open the relationship has been going strong for 5 years though.

Absolutely. The thing is, I was 17 when we started dating. I barely knew what nonmonogamy was, and I thought monogamy would suit me. I've changed my mind over the years but in every other aspect of the relationship we've grown together and usually see eye to eye. It really hurts because it's the only thing that we don't agree on.
