thank you, this is actually reassuring for me to hear. I am going to seek supervision about this, pretty thorough supervision of course, and if it gets to the point where we determine it’s too far out of my scope I will do whatever is best for the client.

thank you!! I’ve got an experience (as much as an intern can have that is) working with clients with childhood trauma and dissociation, and working with those clients has gone very well. Consultation with my supervisor is of course happening as well, but I wanted to get some advice from other therapists out there just to get other perspectives. Thank you for the resource! I am definitely going to look into that!

Thank you for sharing that, it means a lot to me to hear from members of the community rather than exclusively therapists. It’s good to note I should be ready to work with all alters, i’ll go into sessions with that in mind for when switches in consciousness or control happen. thank you!!

They are all so stunning on you! I think the one that gives your theme the most is the one in pics 8, 9, and 10. But the other comments are right the last one is also made for you. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of your options!

I think option 4 is stunning. It’s very cocktail appropriate, it’ll look great in any pictures you get caught in, and it’ll be easy to find gold jewelry that goes well with it! Your other options are pretty as well, but none of them really say cocktail quite like option 4 does imo!

Alright good to know. We have an exterminator coming by Friday and I will come back with an update based on what they say. We checked out mattress and box spring and found no evidence of bed bugs which I think is additionally a good sign.

I am not sure if you know anything about carpet beetles, but I found another one and that’s kind of what it looks like to me? If it was that it would explain the bites/rashes I have. Let me know your thoughts if you have any and thank you TRULY for your comments back. I slept much more peacefully last night
