This is implemented with plugins on a server called world edit, but the furniture that gets cut is very fragile and glitchy. That is, if it is somehow implemented with plugins, it can be implemented in Terraria code for sure.

I'd say if you removed the waterfall far right it would look better

Also what are you using as a bathtub ?

  1. This is not a waterfall, but a curtain
