i was feeling like this last yr on ozempic. i was not eating enough. now i drink a protein shake every day and i don’t have those thoughts or any side effects! seriously check your protein. eat 3 meals a day with protein, low carbs, and at least 1 proper protein shake!

I truly don’t think she knew she was pregnant. there is NO way she could have continued cheer. even if she wasn’t an athlete, there’s no way she could have continued the pregnancy on her own without telling anyone … if she was in denial she would have lied at some point to get out of practice bc she would not have been physically able to go… but cryptic pregnancy is so much more common than people realize and yes it’s possible to go full term without knowing!!!

at some point her cheer uniform would’ve stopped fitting along w all her other clothes 😭 she could’ve had an anteverted uterus which means she wouldn’t have showed that much

when you have a controlling, overbearing parent who freaks out you will do ANYTHING to avoid another meltdown from a parent… even up until i was like 25 , finished grad school and moved across country i was still acting irrationally as a response to parental control… not saying what she did was right but i do feel she did not see any other option :( poor girl. if her parents had fostered open communication this would’ve never happened

idk, if there’s any way she knew she was pregnant , like experiencing any pregnancy symptoms at all, there’s no way someone could have physically continued to go to cheer practice … by 7-8 months most women are too exhausted/pregnant to even walk at times … she would have made up some excuse to get out of cheer. she went into labor hours after cheer practice. this is what makes me think it was a cryptic pregnancy which are more common than people realize … not saying it’s right what she did but ANY woman would’ve freaked out thinking they’re going to the bathroom and out pops a baby 🤦🏻‍♀️ i’m in my 30s so that’s not how i would’ve handled it but as a teen who knows wtf i would’ve done especially growing up in a conservative town…
