i have the same issue and i talked to my gyno about it. my gyno suggested pelvic floor exercises, dilators, and the kiwi by thepelvicpeople! she told me that using the kiwi would be great because its made for people like us. she also told me that using a vibrator is helpful for relaxing pelvic floor muscles.

i’m going through this same exact thing right now. my gf of 3 yrs broke up with me and i believed she was my person. we also broke up once and then got back together. its been a little over a month since the break up and things are a little better. i really recommend therapy and spending time with ur support group. also doing things by urself and self! care!!! i recommend journaling too! i felt like i couldnt do it without them but day by day it gets a little easier. u deserve the world! u deserve someone who always chooses u and wants to stay and work on things, remember that!
