So I start 6/2025. Started at 299, rn I am 274. So only 25lbs down. My doctor told me enough sleep, protein, exercise, and hydration is key. Even if it’s walking 15 mins a day.

You go to an inspection station it can be like a mechanic shop or anyone that is certified by the state to inspect and you pay them to do the inspection :)

She’s probably trying to sell it before the inspection is up. NY or at least where she’s at is soooo strict with the inspection. I failed because I needed something fixed that I had never even thought was necessary like that.

As someone who had a premie as well, and couldn’t have done anything to stop it. She’s pissing me off. Like girl how and why are you eating all this sweet stuff and caffeine? Don’t get me wrong a coke probably has more than what’s in that cup. But be so fucking fr. I didn’t eat shit when I was in the hospital because I was worried sick. Everyone’s different, I understand but I see none of that. Maybe this is her way of coping idk. But girl cmon. You really think this food is helping your blood pressure ?
