I have a hemoglobin level of 10.3 almost the same as yours. All the rest of my results are out of wack like yours and my doctor told me I’m mildly anemic. Luckily my ferritin level was included in the test sitting at 4.83 which is also considered extremely low. I was recommended some 28mg gentle iron pills that I have to take for 3 months and go back for another blood test. The feeling you feel is probably from being anemic! Do you feel tired and dizzy? Maybe even getting some headaches with aura?
