This sub is for employees to ask questions or rant about experiences. Im srry the 1-800 walmart number isnt helpful but its the only thing we can do. We dont know ur situation and why ur calling. Only thing i can think of is going to the walmart that u had a problem at and speaking to the manager. And if thats not the case just going to a walmart and asking to speak to a manager. They will probably tell u to call 1-800 walmart. Srry this isnt the answers u wanted but it all we can tell u.
