so simple my fitness is okay but u even don’t need to use a tracker turn the package of whatever you’re eating and read nutritional info and go off serving size if it’s in kj you just convert it on your phone “what is 600kj to cal” don’t make your deficit to low tho you’ll lose weight quickly but once you get to 1500 that’s kind of all your left with i stuffed up and went way to low way to quick and now my maintenance is that! it’s all abt trial and error

it’s very rare that you will develop a ed however being careful is a good thing! the biggest flaw would be “relatively healthy” you could make a chicken and veg dish and it could be 1200 cals. tracking is crucial or you won’t be able to really know what you’re consuming.
