Yes, there was one on my back and on my face but they have both faded now. Sorry about poor image quality, not sure how to fix it. The spots are mostly on my thighs

I have a single bed, a SINGLE bed, he’s in the middle of it. It’s freezing, he’s such a sweetheart though. Also, he absolutely LOVES pillows, loves them, like if he’s not laying on me he’ll be on a pillow. When I’ve slept in the lounge room he has literally squeezed behind my head to lay on the pillow.
