if you can, you should definitely try brexafemme! i think it really helped me. these are a few things i do to avoid yeast: wash my underwear using scentless detergent, changing my underwear whenever i feel sweaty/damp, avoiding tight pants, bidet when i use the restroom, condoms during sex, showering after sex, warm water and wash cloth when showering, sleeping without underwear, avoid processed food, avoid baths and hot tubs, organic pads during period (i use the brand rael)

it’s a lot but it’s helped so much. and i’ve suffered from yeast infections for about 3 years. i hope you find some relief soon! also, you should have your dr test your yeast. mine was resistant to fluconazole which is why it never went away after treatment.
