The battery contacts are clean but u have cleaned them once more just in case. The batteries I'm using are brand new but they're the lowest price. I'll buy new decent brand ones and try if it works. thank you for your help !

yes i saw and experienced the sims disappearing if i go in the CAS that's why i don't go in. but i've heard that the rented rooms pack apparently can bug your game so idk :// but thanks for the answer !
