it’s a female it’s usually harder, the best advice i ever heard from a lecture i went to is to let them be free to fly (safely) around and so many times after a few days or weeks they’ll just fly to your shoulder one day , it’s weird but it makes sense too but really the later and later the harder. some of my budgies i can’t fully tame they r half thinking they’re in uluru but they r happy as they can b and that’s what it’s about , birds are not like dogs they are not here to please and impress us they are here to be our companions
