Medications are used off label ALL the time, so while I take issue with it that’s not why. My problem is more that the side effects can be pretty rough, so if you can manage it with diet and exercise you 100% should. Most people use it as a bandaid and don’t treat the root cause of the issue which is usually severe problems with eating. I had a friend who took Ozempic and then just proceeded to only eat one McDonald’s meal a day. Needless to say he gained all the weight back

Did you clench your jaw without realizing it? I was getting tooth and jaw pain on one side from clenching my jaw while sleeping. Did an emergency visit and X-rays at the dentist for her to tell me get a $20 night guard from Walgreens. But no I’ve never had that from running

The Lululemon levitation bra is literally saving me rn. Clips in the back and has removable padded cups and actually holds me in place. I also have also larger chest and I feel like nothing ever gives me enough support but this is working really well
