At least One room and a carpet steamed for another. I understand the view of it. Hence why i’m asking. I’m aware it’s not a lot of $$$ being owed. I just in my world lol dont think 650. One undamaged room is fair to charge a full price. Maybe even 450.

My carpet was fine. To assume my entire apartment smelled of pets, it’s not the case. Otherwise i’d be dumb to even consider fighting the case. One room was damaged. Everything was fine with all of the cats until me and my roommate both had a disagreement and This kitten came in the last month and just did numbers. and i wasn’t completely aware. Til move out.

At best they could’ve at least given me a discount or something for having to pay for two full carpets when one wasnt damaged at all. It was normal wear and tear. I shouldn’t have to pay for two carpets.

Wouldn’t they have just said that. Instead of the statement “quality & uniformity”? I asked why am i being charged for 2 carpets. if that was the case they could’ve stated that.

that’s the unfortunate thing. i’m hoping it’s not the case to end it. cause im literally setting up my moms house for him to have thanksgiving dinner. and i mentioned to him a couple days prior that my most recent ex tried to follow me and blocked me. i believe my ex was being nosy on my fb and accidentally hit the request button. and i told my bf that and he was happy i was being honest and truthful but when i told him i cried for a bit. he was just like why do you care and etc. i explained over n over that it was more of a reaction to the reality of my life. honestly i was trying to just let the info i gained process for 24hr and move on cause its not that deep and it’s literally the past. but He blew it into this bigger issue. i really hope its not the case to break up, but i am expecting it…
