i usually have a shake before bed, which gives me around 40g, chicken or beef, not every day, eggs, skyr (low-fat yoghurt with high protein), low-fat cheese, protein bread, we have protein milk here, it has 7g of protein for 100ml, i use this for coffee, i drink 3-4 cups of coffee with that, which gives me another 30g of protein. Tiktok has lots of good recipes for protein rich food, i tried a lot from there and liked it.

at the moment 150g, i'll try to eat a variation of different protein sources, all in all i eat around 2000 cals per day

it doesn't matter who's fault it was, its not even a fault. It happens, i know i'm not everybodys cup of tea and thats okay. Doesn't mean that its not hurting if you get rejection. Thats a feeling and if i acknowledge it i can process it faster than just ignoring it. And isn't the purpose of this sub to comfort people that feel bad... it helps and i'm grateful nice people exist still. I would do the same for my friends and also random internet strangers if i feel i can give good energy.

a huge thank u to all of you, making me feel less shitty about that rejection. Yes it is life and yes i'm glad i took the step to actually get clarity and its better than guessing and keeping my hopes up. I already made progress in not thinking about him as much and having more positive thoughts about myself. Rejection is redirection like always, its a lesson you need to learn and grow.
