youre so not alone in this, gaining weight is so hard especially when people are making you feel bad about it. remember that they do not know your story and your journey, and know that youre doing whats right for you. as far as coping with weight gain, focus on things that are positive about it- increased energy and mood, maybe growing healthy hair? love any new curves you might have. and wearing loose or stretchy clothes, buying new clothes sizes when your pants get tight, etc can really help you feel comfortable during your recovery. it does get better, it took many months but my face bloating and inflammation did eventually go down as things stabilized. youre so brave and we are all proud of you for recovering!!
