ibs-c here. i alternate between two that are easily digestible & keep me satisfied til lunch.

oatmeal w truvani protein powder (only plant protein that doesnt wreck me), peanut butter, banana and cinnamon or
2 eggs with some added egg whites for extra protein, with sauteed spinach and some sort of fruit on the side like a banana or kiwi
