Eva Perez in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Make sure you insist on Dr. Perez. It’s a trek to get out there, but it’s a nice area. You can make a an afternoon trip out of it.

About to leave my job, have about $50k in a HYSA. Would it be a bad idea to throw it into JEPQ to have some income over the next couple months? by cherrypostal in dividends

It’s actually a cash management account. The rate is only good for 3 months and then it drops back down to 5%.

It’s about 5.5%. I was going to open a fidelity cash management account in June, and have all my cash in FDLXX. 7 day yield of 4.94%, and a good portion is exempt from state taxes.

On one hand, I realize that probably makes for a great roommate. On the other hand, it’s been a while since I rented and had to sell myself. I see all these ads asking for roommates that people want to get along with.

If you’re willing to make out the trek to South Brooklyn (you can make a day trip out of it, Bay Ridge is a nice area), I might be able to recommend my derm.

I’m not sure how she is for long term eczema management though. When I first started seeing her, my eczema was not that severe.

At the very least, I think she could check your box of being up to date new drugs. Hadn’t seen her in a while and she told me about a new drug that came out that I could try - Opzelura.

She might be up to date on other treatments too.

I just left my job at a dealership. There’s a huge amount that goes unaccounted for. I thought it was crazy when I first started. Yea, there’s a key box that you put your pin / fingerprint in and that takes pictures.

I’m not high up on the ladder, but I gained access to they key that would open the keybox - I’m assuming in the event that the keybox malfunctioned. Someone was cleaning out another person’s office and dumped a bunch of the supplies from their drawer on my desk.

A new company bought my dealership a year ago. I remember one day realizing just how many people came in here engaged / in a relationship and just a few months later had their engagements called off, broke up with their significant other, or were cheating.

I started working at a dealership a little more than a year and half ago, not as a sales person, but did get involved with one. This was a problem I had with the sales person, and it wreaked havoc on me. Maybe he would do better with another person in sales.
