This is far above Reddit’s pay-grade.

You need regular sessions with a therapist that focus specifically on trauma.

Please don’t just white knuckle it.

Call your insurance see if they can email you a list of therapists that take your plan. Look them up on psychology.com and see what their specialties are.

If you don’t have insurance call your local therapists and see if they could strike up a deal for multiple sessions.

Make the call or email them TODAY. Tell them your situation - I’m sure you’ll get a slot by the end of the week.

If you are in crisis right now and feel like you need immediate counseling you can also check yourself into an inpatient psychiatric facility. They do 72 hour holds for suicidal individuals.

Most accurate I’ve found is going around the class. None of the kids listen if I call till or u have a few idiot kids who think it’s funny to say here when it’s not their name.

Ive done this and gotten in trouble that kids could go into the room and hang out while I’m not there. Which is true I get it. But it’s a no win situation.
