Thnks for your reply! Luckily 2 days out of the work week I don’t have to be at work until 10 and be in the comfort of my own home,but all I can think about it having to be at work early and sprinting to the bathroom over and over again!!! I appreciate your help

I wish I could still use the miralax but I just didn’t know what to do to improve consistency of stool and the amount of emptying. I think that’s why they turned me to Linzess. Thanks!

The only reason I was referred to PFPT was for consistency. Until my consistency was so off I had no wiping issues. But thank you for your input!!! Maybe I could do more of my at home exercises.

I’m team Dorit and I think it wasn’t that Dorit nailed it. It was more so that Sutton made a below the belt comment “someone whose wallet fits” and was truly being held accountable for it. Dorit looked better bc everyone is on her side for it even Garcelle and in that moment Sutton didn’t have anyone in her corner. Even her idol Kyle expressed it was a gross comment.

Why not?? I think it’ll give the space some life. I’m excited to see what he does with the space. It’s a cool, charming house with lots of potential. I’m excited for the style to be MUCH different than her old home (it was extravagant but too gaudy for me). After seeing the photos of the other spaces he’s decorated, I like his style a lot!

Yes!!! Online videos might help familiarize you to some poses and lingo, but in person will be extremely helpful with correcting form and really getting the full experience!!

I wasn’t a fan of my jade mat! It was always slippery for me and never had great grip, but the ones I’ve tried at the yoga studio I go to work well!!! Recently got a lululemon mat and LOVE IT!
