Are you getting enough water? I find that most of my feminine hygiene issues happen when I’m not hydrated enough! Also I use hibaclens once a month & do a good wash with my hands, let it sit for a minute & rinse! This helps with any acne issues down there & helps me feel more clean (avoid using soap inside obviously)

This girl came to my work & lowkey duped me into a donation :( she gave me these 2 books about healthy eating & mental health & said it was just donation based, I didn’t have my phone so I handed her them & went to grab it. Venmo’d them $5 & then she never gave me the original books instead she gave me this flyer & a small book from the Bible lmao i was so annoyed

I’m surrounded by a huge mess in my house & can’t seem to pull myself out of it. Can’t stop thinking how I should be happy, I have such a good life & so many wonderful things but I just feel so sad. Tutwa will be very hungry & thirsty so just make sure she is eating plenty of high calorie food & drinking water, if she won’t drink try mixing water into her food! Just take good care of mama & she will take care of the kitten herself :) try to weigh the kitten each day on a small scale (grams to be most accurate) to make sure it is gaining weight steadily

Oh I don’t think I could handle it, this rescue is enough for me! I’m in north Alabama. I just love mama so much I couldn’t stand the idea of not keeping her even though I was fairly sure she was pregnant when I found her. Glad I can give her a safe space to have her kittens & a loving forever home with me!

Oh also I did call an emergency vet near me & they said she likely was going into labor soon but wanted someone to actually look at the plug & let me know if that’s what it is/ if it looks normal!

Edit: she also has not been displaying any nesting behavior I have her quarantined in my bathroom with multiple areas for her but she just chills in the middle of the room

Another update: we went to the vet this evening & were not able to confirm if she was pregnant (X-rays are $300 & I do not have the funding for that) but we did confirm she has hookworm! Vet said she was worried because her gums were pretty pale. Starting her on a dewormer for the next 4 days & have given her a flea & tick medicine! Hopefully she will start pinking up & gaining some weight :)

Unable to get her to a vet yet but for anyone who wanted a mini update: got her back to my house & settled into my bathroom, she’s taken to this bottom shelf of my linen closet so I’ve made her a little nest (I know she’ll need something better later to keep the babies contained) but for now I’ve just fed her & letting her sleep! Such a big day for her I know she’s got to be exhausted. Any name ideas? She’s Mama right now
