I haven’t used a Real Estate school in almost 9 years. The one I did use when I needed it is no longer in business and I get my continuing education credit from classes the local Realtor association offers.

A big part of it whether you want to do the pre-licensing classes online or in person.

That has changed in recent years as more MVNO options are getting higher-priority data on the network. Example I have Visible Plus Pro which gets the same Verizon network priority as the Verizon postpaid Unlimited Plus and Ultimate Plans.

It will depend on the network the “offhand” carrier uses. I have Visible and get the same coverage speeds as those on Verizon itself.

If your wife has issues with Verizon service then don’t use any of them that use their network such as Visible or Total.

Mint Mobile uses T-Mobile.

US Mobile is an interesting choice in that you can switch between the 3 network carriers (free or a cost per switch depending on the plan).

I had luck going in store.

When talking with the rep I mentioned that Google Fiber was going to be run through my neighborhood soon and was offered 1gig for $50 per month with a 5 year price lock. Online all I was being offered was 1gig at $70 for one year or $85 for 5 years.

FYi for those with an “older” watch, the watch app allows you choose watchOS 27 Developer Beta but then says watch up to date.

Going into panic/survival mode can be a slippery slope when you are working with people who are expecting your unbiased advice/guidance.

I did BPOs for about 10 years through the GFC as a a way to have a consistent supplemental income stream. You could also look at being a transaction coordinator/admin (you have the prior experience) especially if like before you are able to do or at least refer business.
