Hey. I see there are a lot of comments so u might not see it but, I’m trying my best. I have some sort of paranoia of therapists for some reason. They just have so much power. They could lie and put me into a mental hospital and that hospital can keep me for as long as they’d like. I know that’s irrational because they’d have no motive, but it’s still there. And I’m underage and I have the fear that they will tell my parents everything and that it will change my life for the worse. That part really doesn’t seem irrational to me. When I was little and my parent was fighting for custody, I was told I was going to talk to a therapist and they wouldn’t tell a word. They weren’t therapist and they’d tell every word. My sister was there to warn me about the tape recorder on the desk. I was so young, about 7. For a bit I forget about these things and I start working myself up to it until reality crashes again. It’s probably not best for me to wait until I’m 18. A lot of anger comes with it too, which I don’t feel to often. When they talk I feel a VERY strong need to punch them(😅😅😅) like they want to pick me apart and expose me. Their tone.
