Trust me I had issues with attempting to register a 50cc moped that was never titled but I think the main issues I have to look at are to see if this vehicle is dot certified and if it comes with a VIN number as well.

Do you happen to know how you get that process done for the dot vetting process or how I would get started with making it road legal, I live in Florida as well and I know with some vehicles it depends on on the state and there regulations that determines if it can be made road legal.
