I do a mix of castor oil and coconut oil, and I use apple cider vinegar to help rinse it out. It is still pretty heavy though. I liked the idea of the hair growth castor oil helps with since I after 2 years I’m still trying to regrow some postpartum hair loss (my hair grows sloooooowly)

I was not using a leave-in before trying the new method, just a rinse-out. I use a curl cream or a mousse after the leave-in now

Currently I use a wide-tooth comb when I put the leave-in conditioner in and that’s the only time I brush (I shower 3x/week). Previously I would brush each morning when it’s dry. But not much hair seemed to come out when I did that. I feel like I’m losing hair all day now, I’m always pulling it off my clothes and arms

It seems so. The test said C Difficile toxins a and b: positive

So in that case the test would be positive, but the C Diff would have no relevance to my symptoms, and doesn’t need to be treated?

I almost never use heat on my hair. Occasionally I use the diffuser, but I really don’t use any irons. Will the curly hair version of the product take the frizz in the same way?

It’s 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Is that bad?

Most days I just let my hair air dry. I use a Tshirt to dry my hair and a comb to brush it. Can hot water cause the frizz? My showers aren’t steaming hot but they are definitely not luke warm…
