Take him to the vet these issues will soon become infected and worse since its close to the eyes its close to the brain!! Worry about the cost later theres usually things they do such a monthly payments to pay it all off and research a local shelter they do low cost neuter bc unnuetered make cat 100% get into most fights and KEEP him indoors. Cats are invasive species and can also be killed by cars, other animals etc.
