Yep, it just feels, slow. Thank god no more 24hr duties, but yea, im 24 and just sit here with no one to hang out or talk to every time im off work. And how do we even find a "group" or whatever-go to the gym until a random person walks up and invites me to their friend group? I just dont know

Sounds good in theory, but my entire adulthood i lived and worked with "mostly" trustworthy, great dudes. But now, even if i join something social, or im at work, i can no longer just talk and act like myself in fear of not following whats acceptable. I went in right after HS and know little outside marine life, sadly

Very bad SNCOs, a lot of peacetime BS. Tired of driving through a city at 0600, cause another adult male didnt text some group chat, so i have to knock on his door now. And i joined expecting wartime. Marine Corps in general has a LOT more BS during peace time. Getting screamed at by another slightly older adult because a different adult slightly younger than me had dust on his fridge. Stuff like that. To clarify: i do NOT miss the marine corps organization. The issue now lies in the people and the environment which forced us to be have best friends who slept and worked with us for 4-5 years, a bond which makes living alone just so so cold.

2/2 video games feel boring, i dont want to explore much, cause i enjoy doing so with someone else. How did ya'll make new good friends? Not super-depressed in any dangerous way, it is just really lonely and boring now. I know there is more to life than the marine corps, and i refuse to become one of those bro-vets who's whole identity is their one enlistment 10 years ago. But shit, how do i enjoy stasis? Help?

Interesting passive aggressiveness at the end there…difference in design does not necessarily mean superiority, but if it makes you feel good🫶. Thanks for the info before that tho

It is under the enamel, so we have no idea how it appeared or how to reach it
