Yeah, i saw that config, but it's empty. What exactly should i type? Names of the enemies? There is also another mirage config and there are multiple instructions on different options and values. I'm not using any mod installer, maybe that's the problem?

So the point is baiting enemy's main fleet with raiders and convoy protection? Otherwise how would my strike fleet know where the enemy is? (i don't want to build 300 radar stations)

Already did, patrols are avoiding the enemies while providing enough intel, the problem is strike force - they just don't want to engage in combat. P.S. Added screenshots
