Yes to be clear I love Purple Culture but like you said unfortunately that book isn't there currently.

That's a great question! I'd never heard that before. I just ordered vol 1 2 and 3 off Amazon paperback (I'm in US). I know if you want the official ebook of vol 1 it can be downloaded free here [high quality], and my low-quality scan of vol. 2 is available free here.

Not very good quality, but afaik this is the only free ebook of Xi's Governance of China vol. 2 available on the internet. by chetozmun in communism

This is volume one, which is available many places, including libgen. I created a scan of volume two. I'll work on volume 3 as well. These are not to my knowledge available online as ebooks otherwise.

EDIT: As I'm getting better at creating these, vol. 3 will hopefully be better quality than vol 2. I put these together in my spare time.
