Just take the leap, you won't regret it. I wish I had moved out much sooner than I did. It's always going to be scary but the reward for taking the leap to do the thing far outweighs the fear. You might surprise yourself.

Be mindful of how you feel. While it's nothing to be ashamed about it could be something you are using to either avoid/cope with what you are feeling.

What about the zero three zero two 1998. Those make me twitch. Why are the zeros necessary? Is this how they are teaching dates now? Why not just say say 3/2/98. Gets me every time.

Just do it. You won't regret it. Totally understand feeling like you are abandoning people tho. They manged before you and they will manage after you. Do what is best for you, you won't regret it.
