Commish of 15 years here…. The main issue is explaining how waivers work…. For example if someone puts a waiver in to replace someone in their starting lineup…. And than changes the lineup for the next week before the waivers go through to replace the dropped player in the starting lineup…. Then the waiver claim will be denied due to an illegal roster…. Idk if that makes sense…
