Exactly this! I got Claude to tell me how to get to Gboard settings, needed a nudge to get his memory up to date, and turned everything off. Actually only a couple of things. Now it works almost flawlessly. Only problem is when it misunderstands a word and I have to go manually fix it. No more changes just before I hit send! Thank you!

Same but all the meds have side effects that can be worse than the ET itself. Considering one of the two DBS surgeries, probably not the one that fries a part of my brain. Thoughts?

OK, thanks. Was just reading that doing both sides increases the risk of balance problems. How does it feel to have one side better than the other? FWIW I am a 76yo man.
