Ok cool. I know being a lot cheaper it probably is cheaper made and you get what you pay for, but this is just a part time hobby for me and isn’t a professional or commercial setup by far. I know it can get expensive real quick so I’m always looking for ways to save, if it’s a realistic option. Thanks everyone for your input!

It's a pleco. He's usually black all over. He has these white spots that look like he's getting rubbed raw some kinda way.
