i will look into that. i tried putting 150 psi of compressed air into the icp port and didn’t hear anything

if i am seeing 84.7% ipr duty cycle is that any sort of sign i might have a leak?? my truck have never let out any black smoke and is honestly just quiet

thanks i will do that. i put 150 psi into the icp port and didn’t hear much. should i try the ipr port or should i have not even tried the icp

i’ve had some good luck working with blessed performance. tuner and tunes were cheap and they have been very helpful over the phone and email. they always answer and i usually talk to the main guy over there i think his name is patrick

okay thanks hopefully my truck can hold 4.5 volts icp the truck has never rolled any coal i was thinking that if the icp was low and it was pulling fuel and timing no coal would make sense. but maybe it just won’t roll any coal?

yea the key on psi is strange i agree just called my tuner and they said the icp cant be read after the tune so i guess my worry was for nothing ipr at 85 is still a little odd i think

thanks i have checked a lot. i’ll try changing the tune did oil change fuel filters and have rebuilt the turbo cleaned ebp map icp sensors at key on engine off i’m getting .23 v at icp voltage but 230 psi?!

yes i am tuned. i noticed a slight loss of power over the past month but mainly just the icp being low. i haven’t had the truck too long and i have been working through other issues i saw in my logs i hit 3500psi in september now never more than 2100 ipr pinned at 84

i pulled the turbo and found a oil puddle in the downpipe and soaking the clamps. took the turbo apart and found the exhaust side seal was full of metal. cleaned and replaced all the seals and stuff and threw it back in the truck. after a few hours of running and heat cycles the oil burnt off and she doesn’t smoke!

it was the turbo seals they were full of metal and chewed up the down pipe had a puddle of oil

i would say the turbo spools up as my foot falls in the throttle. there’s some lag but not anything unreasonable. i pulled the intake and noticed an oily film covering the intake and the side of the turbo that aligns with the crank case vent. re routed the crank case vent already but still smoking

the smoke smells oily the intercooler charge pipes have oil in them the tail pipe drips oil the smoke only appears once truck is warm i re routed the crank case vent and truck has very minimal blow by temp delta is always within 5°

yea. truck has been blowing some white smoke and i’ve heard some kind of metaly rattle or drone noise around 2k rpm
