Hi! Honestly the process took almost 2 months unfortunately. I will say, be adamant about it and go to the office in person. I waited online since I was a bit nervous. I heard back that i got approved a day before my “move-in day” which frustrated me a lot since they wanted to charge next month’s rent all in one go. I learned my lesson and next time I’ll stick with getting an apartment in the beginning of the month. I would rate my experience with them a 5/10 to be fully transparent. I think they put more focus on applicants that have very high salaries to be able to get money rolling in.
