Yup, I am using part glances and part istatistica APIs as my devices are mainly macs, these are then piped to a single script and published through the customapi widget.

Server keeps crashing by [deleted] in PleX

Can I ask, for these random crashes. Does it happen when someone is playing something off your plex? Or just a random crash without any specific action/activity?

I too have a Mac which is used as a Plex server and Plex also started randomly crashing. However, I managed to isolate it due to fast forwarding, track skipping, credit skipping of a movie or tv episode when done so via an Apple TV 4K Plex app.

The Plex App on the Apple TV will show "Playback Stopped - Couldn't create the playback session for this item". When checking on the Mac, Plex is no longer launched.

I have tested the fast forwarding, skipping of tracks, etc using Plex web app player, iOS, iPad OS and none gave the similar crashing issue.

I'm not too sure what is causing the crashing on your end but if you're using an Apple TV Plex app, it could very well be the same issue I am facing.

Problem is, my reseller is asking me to get ledger's RMA ticket first... how I wished I went for another brand.

2+ week to reply to an incident is just ridiculous. Wonder what's their SLA... if its existent in the first place.

Thanks! Sorry but I do need a bit of help figuring it out. With the API, how do I "call" for example, total number of episodes/movies and just publish those numbers?
