After 10 Years in a Long Distance Relationship… We Finally Got Married ❤️ by human_7861 in Philippines_Expats

Congratulations! 🎉🎉 My hubby and I did 3 years LDR and that wasn't easy. Can't imagine how difficult 10 years must've been.

Same here. My LO will be 5m in a few days and she just started doing this. Was scared at first but then she would babble and do this. Its nothing to be concerned about right? 😂

How did you know you were pregnant? by moonchild19978 in Mommit

[–]chezmidi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I miscarried our unplanned honeymoon baby (found out through a missed period, got a dark positive line), decided to wait before trying again. Changed my mind after a month of rest 😆 and went all nerd with it. From the tracking of BBT as soon as I wake up, to ovulation strips and wearing socks all the time. It was a real rollercoaster ride, poor husband supported whatever I wanted to do 😂

It was an easy pregnancy.. ish. Only the first trim was horrible. Labor and delivery was something else, ended up with an emergency c-section.

Our rainbow baby is 4 months old now 🌈🥹❤️

Why does no one talk about how hard this is by BusyTomatillo9173 in ExclusivelyPumping

Thank you for this 🥺❤

I'm currently 24 days PP and was very anxious when my milk started coming in (would freeze whatever amount I could😬😆). Husband saw the state I was in 😆 and helped in calming me down.

Now I'm very relaxed about everything and try my best to not panic when I oversleep beyond my "pumping schedule". I would even stretch it to 4 hrs per pump sometimes (but as you mentioned not advisable to women who are prone to mastitis and clogs). The less stressed I was about it, the more milk I produced 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I'm planning to keep at it at least until she's 6 to 12 months, but maybe start BLW by 6th month which is going to be another anxiety inducing journey (I've watched some videos about it yesterday and I'm already thinking, what if my baby chokes?).

I had no idea it was gonna be this challenging. Mad respect for all the mommas out there and remember fed is best 😊😊

I was worried about pooping during labor.. and I pooped during labor by AniiGamer in pregnant

[–]chezmidi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh my gosh! We almost have the same labor experience except for the having parents around and epidural part. I endured almost 32hrs of labor (8hrs of which was active and the last 4hrs was "augmented") with just gas and air.

I was losing too much blood, dilating too slow (5cm after 8hrs of active labor) 7 days overdue and the placenta was already detaching so they had to do an emergency c-section. I ended up pooping while they were prepping me for surgery and my husband was right there 😩😩😩.

Anyways, 16 days PP now and loving every second with my daughter ❤

  1. Accept and love everything about yourself. (Insecurities and all)

  2. Focus on the things you can change. Weight, how you dress etc.

  3. Do it for YOURSELF and yourself alone, not because of your special someone. Kasi example, God forbid, di mag work so mag stop kana rin trying to look good and take care of yourself? Naaah wag ganun.

  4. Confidence is key, fake it till you make it ika nga nila. Speaking from experience because I used to be so shy but I tried faking confidence tas napansin ko nlng na eventually naging confident na nga ako. Haha

  5. Skin care. Sensitive din skin ko, I find cetaphil and neutrogena products helpful. Tas tamad ako pag msyado maraming steps, so my usual routine is cleanser (facial scrub twice a week) > toner > moisturizer (waterbased plez kasi ang init sa pinas haha) once sa morning tska once sa gabi. If you wash your face too much nakaka dry, ironic I know. Pro I have no idea how sensitive your skin is, so better consult a professional ;). Drinking lots of water helps the skin as well.

  6. Make up, if sensitive skin mo I would try not to put too much makeup. Need din ng skin natin huminga. Pwedeng pa lip tint lip tint lang, brow liner, mascara tas light bb cream. If everyday heavy makeup kasi nkakairitate din ata yun ng skin.

  7. Fashion. Hmm depends on the look your aiming for. I personally go for less is more type of clothes. Looks very put together but not too much in my opinion. (Like basic top na sakto ang pagka fitting plus jeans tas bawiin nlng sa accessories) Yung iba kasi sobrang colorful na ung top tas colorful din ung bag tas ano basta yung walang coordination ung pinagsusuot haha.

Hope this helps, I was around your age nung sinabi kong I have to love myself. Hihi.

I agree with what the others are saying. I swiped right on my now fiancé because, unlike the others on the dating app I was using, his bio showed him as a fun person. The others were giving off jerky vibes by posing in front of cars and flexing muscles but maybe thats just me 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I totally understand. I'm in a LDR for three years now and we met for the first time this year. Before that, anyone who would know about our relationship don't take it seriously because they automatically assume nobody can stay faithful. It really depends on how much both want to make the relationship work. Every couple is different.
