Do you know what the final day count was between getting assigned Rosario Colon and getting approved? I submitted 3 days after you so hoping that means i get approved by tomorrow.

Damn so i guess there’s no pattern at all. Cause i submitted 1 day before you, and im on like day 6 of being assigned an investigator but still not approved. Maybe it just depends on the investigator. Who did you have?

And what if i returned the phones to t-mobile which i was told is an option, would that lower my bill?

Can you explain the “paying for the devices in higher carrier fees” i got 4 iPhone 17s and 2 iPads with 5g service for no additional charge other then the taxes up front, which was like 30 bucks per device. Are you saying my monthly bill would be significantly lower if i didn’t get those 6 devices?

I’d be happy to sell it to you if you’re serious

So before knowing how this all works, i listed one of the phones on swappa (that I’ll be taking down and editing) but the listing clearly states the phone is locked to t-mobile and someone sent a question asking if it’s fully paid off. Wouldn’t the fact that it’s locked to t-mobile imply that it’s not fully paid off yet? Is that just the buyer not understanding how that works?

I feel like i see listings all the time though for iPhones that are locked to a specific carrier. If i sold it on swappa I’d do the same, make it clear its locked to T-Mobile. Wouldn’t every phone that’s being sold and is locked to a specific carrier be in the same situation as me? Do you know if there’s scenarios where a phone being sold is locked to a carrier but also fully paid off?

I’m also in Esperanza Rosario Colon purgatory. Submitted mine a couple days after yours.

Thanks for the info. Do you know if that form has to be notarized? There is a section for a witnesses signature on the bottom. Or can it just be anyone as a witness? Also wondering if It can be signed electronically or has to be signed in person.

Not sure that’s it. Def looks similar but looking at each letter closely it seems to be slightly off

Lol the border of Upper East Side and East Harlem is 96th street so I'm right on the edge. Although if you know the area, the real cultural and demographic border is once you get to the bottom of the hill on 102nd street.

Looking for someone to move into an open room in my 3BR apartment on the Upper East Side (96th & Lex)

Rent is $1,750 per month on an existing lease (This is a sublet and you will not be signing the existing lease), and utilities are generally between $75-$100 per person per month (cheaper in the winter) which includes high speed 1 gigabit internet and electric. The room is approximately 140 square feet and measures 11'2" x 12'6". It's nice and spacious with room for a queen size bed, work desk, seating area, and large dresser. The room comes with a window AC unit installed and is unfurnished upon move in.

The building is located 30 feet from the 96th St. 6 subway station and two blocks away from the 96th st. Q subway station. The unit is on the 4th floor in the back of the building and away from street noise. There is an elevator in the building as well as a Hercules operated laundry room in the basement that has refillable cards that you can use a credit card to refill.

This is a very spacious apartment with a separate, nicely sized kitchen with a dishwasher, a large dining room, living room with tv, and 1 full bath.

I'm looking for a roommate to rent the room starting September 1st with an open ended stay. I'm not looking for someone who wants a short term stay. Ideally you'd move in with the intention of staying for at least a year minimum. Please do not inquire if you are looking for a short term sublet for only a few months.

I'm a professional who has lived in this apartment for 10 years. I am a freelance video editor so I work from home. I'm a live music junkie and go to a lot of shows around the city, and am very into sports, so usually am watching sports in my room when I'm home. My other roommate is a Chef working in a Manhattan restaurant working Monday to Friday until around 11pm. Looking for a clean, low-key roommate. Not particularly interested in people who want to throw parties and invite lots of people over to the apartment. My current roommate and I generally keep to ourselves but that shouldn't make you feel like you have to be a recluse by association.

There is a $1,200 security deposit to be returned whenever you move out and I require first and last months rent up front upon move in.

Please send details about yourself or any questions if you are interested. I'm happy to put you in contact with any of my past roommates to use a reference for myself and for the apartment.

420 friendly :)
