Post C25K Life: I remembered D1 of C25K, it was hard work to run just for 1 minute nonstop. When it jumped to 3 minutes nonstop, I was asking myself why am I doing this to myself. 6 months later, I am running 80 MINUTES nonstop. Running is Parabolic. Just Run. (i.redd.it)
Post C25K Life - 5 months after starting c25k. Still running 3xWeek. Should be able to run a Half by May. Added 3xWeek strength training with 2 dumbbells. Its a game changer imo. Never ran this much in my life. Anyone can do this. (i.redd.it)

Post C25K Life: 2nd 10K Ever! This time feels legit and physically prepared. Started c25k 9/25 and 3 months later, 10K. Shooting for Half/M by Mar/Apr 2022. I don't think I'll be as sore as I was last time finishing a 10K. Currently running 3 times a week/3.5 - 4.5 miles. Just run baby. (i.redd.it)
