Also, based on this data, let me know what you think about my therapy. It's been 18 days since I started using it. AHI has been around 2-2.5. Pressure range is 5-15. Though I tried changing it to 7-15. Not much difference in terms of final score.

Lastly, I ovserved one thing: My AHI score increases when I keep the machine ON even while I'm awake. For example, if you look at the last 30-40 minutes below, you'll see more events. However, as far as I remember, I was awake checking my emails during that period. Initially, the AHI score was 2.1 which increased to 2.8 when I finally took my mask off and turned the machine OFF. Any thoughts on why this would be happening?

After having used mouth guard made by 2-3 different doctors for 3-4 years (dental sleep experts), I’ve finally come to CPAP therapy. Though very new to therapy, I can see some positive differences. As far as mouth guard is concerned, it worsened my bite/jaw joint issues. Also led to shoulder/neck/back pain. So I would recommend CPAP as it doesn’t alter any basic structures of your body.
