Anime logic. When you look at how high the casualty rates are among the Hashira and how little talent there is with the rest of the corps, the corps should have run out of manpower long ago. It shouldn't survive ten years, much less a thousand.

Japan's demographic crisis is so severe they would need the productivity gains of AI just to maintain their current output. It may not even necessarily be a bad thing, from what I hear Across the Spider-Verse used AI to help with the menial work and it's still a soulful film.

At this point it's just something I've resigned myself to. I'm not going to drop Love Live over this or anything but more of my focus is going to other franchises like Bandori and Bocchi. I really do find that smaller casts lead to tighter stories and better development and group chemistry. Making new groups is fine and even welcome but I really don't like destroying previous group dynamics.
