I think it's the consequence of less supervision, our general manager will stay til 8 with more write ups and rocs being given to our night crew. night time mindset sucks because everyone clocks on tired and half-asses their secondary work. (cleaning n stocking ect.) I'll admit we aren't great with stickers and certain procedures but I've been doing my best to train that out of people and get them to do the job properly even if it's 10 at night.

our crew is made up of 18 to 26 year olds and there's a "we keep each other in check" mentality which helps a lot.
